3rd Dec 2017 Derham Lights Switch-on

 Happy children made Christmas tree decorations, angels and Christmas cards on the 2 Messy Church tables. Parents were amazed to find thnat there was no charge!

 St. Nicholas provided 'space' for the choir and the dancers to entertain in the warm.

3rd December 2017: The Dereham Lights Occasion was a fantastic opportunity for the town to enjoy themselves in many ways. St. Nicholas Church played a great part this year, by providing the space for indoor stalls, entertainment and refreshments. The Messy Church team were kept very busy, making 'salt-dough' Christmas tree ornaments and other crafts, making no charge, but taking the opportunity to publicise the forthcoming Toy Service and Christmas Services, including the 3 Christingle Services on Christmas Eve.
